Mark R. Killenbeck : ウィキペディア英語版 | Mark R. Killenbeck Mark Robert Killenbeck (born September 29, 1948 in Rochester, New York) is a prominent American legal scholar and historian who is currently the Wylie H. Davis Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Arkansas School of Law. He earned a Bachelors in English literature from Boston College, and a JD and a Ph. D. at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. After teaching literature for a stint at the University of Kansas, Killenbeck worked for thirteen years in central administrative positions for the University of Nebraska System. In 1988 he accepted a teaching position in law at the University of Nebraska. He was later made Distinguished Professor at the University of Arkansas in 1999. He is the author of two books and numerous articles, some of which have been published in such journals as the ''Supreme Court Review'', the ''California Law Review'', and the ''Michigan Law Review''.〔 He is a contributing editor of the history journal ''Historically Speaking''.
